life is amazing out here.
\nall my anxieties and doubts \u00c2\u00a0were replaced by sheer joy the minute I stepped out of the SFO terminal.\u00c2\u00a0rolling from one wonderfulness into the next.<\/p>\n
currently I find myself sitting on a little stoop listening to live jazz, played by three guys some ten feet to my right.\u00c2\u00a0it’s sundown on sunday and the light is slowly changing from light blue into pink. it matches the pastel colored buildings across the street.<\/p>\n
at my feet are three bags of traders joe’s groceries. a TJ’s that’s twice the size and five times emptier than the one in nyc, and that seems to stocks a larger variety as well.
\nfor lunch I had the free sample: turkey chilli, now adding\u00c2\u00a0some chips and fresh guacamole to the mix.<\/p>\n
I was planning to be back home much earlier..
\nthis afternoon walking towards the bus, the guy ahead of me was carrying climbing shoes. it\u00c2\u00a0turned out the gym was around the corner, and whether I wanted to come- he had a guest pass left- ten min later and I was doing some excellent boulders in rented shoes at mission cliffs.<\/p>\n
by now the dark -and with it the famous sf evening cold- rolled in on previously sunny 23\/70 degree day. so\u00c2\u00a0I’m listening with rolled down sleeves…<\/p>\n
